摘要
为了研究土地利用和交通系统特性对区域交通可达性的影响,在对可达性基本概念和内涵进行分析的基础上,结合城市交通可达性的影响因素和常用的可达性测算方法,综合考虑不同交通方式的时间、费用、换乘、服务质量等因素和出行者个体属性,建立基于效用模型的区域交通可达性模型,并以西安市为例对模型及方法进行了验证。研究表明:城墙内的区域平均可达性最高,达到了0.906 4;三环以外的区域平均可达性最低,其值为0.441 8;可达性的大小随着距市中心的距离增加而逐层递减。
To analyze the influence of land use and traffic system characteristics on regional transport's accessibility,an urban regional transport's accessibility model was established based on the utility model. The proposed model was based on the analysis of the concept and connotation of accessibility,combined with the factors affecting urban transport's accessibility and common accessibility measure methods. The factors of time,cost,transferring and service quality of different trip modes and individual attributes of travelers were considered in the proposed model. The proposed model was verified by the case study of Xi'an. Results show that the average transport's accessibility of area within the walls is the highest,reaching 0.9064; the area outside the third ring is the lowest,and its value is 0.441 8. And the value of accessibility decreases gradually with the increase of distance from the center of the city.
