摘要 设计了一种在35 GHz毫米波段的一分八路Wilkinson功分器。使用HFSS软件对功分器进行仿真,通过对传统的Wilkinson功率分配器的改进,详细介绍了二功分器以及八功分器。设计的毫米波功分器具有体积小,频带宽的特点;具有较好的性能指标:在32~36 GHz范围内,参数S_(21)~S_(91)在-9~-9.5 d B之间,S11小于-15 d B。 Design of an one-by-eight way Wilkinson power splitter in the 35 GHz millimeter band is proposed. Use HFSS software to simulate power splitter. By improving traditional Wilkinson power splitter, introducte two-power divider and eight-power divider in detail. Millimeter wave power splitter has characteristics of small size, wide frequency band. And it has good performance indicators : at range of 32 - 36 GHz, S21 - S91 at range of - 9 --9.5 dB,S11 is less than -15 dB.
