八年制临床医学专业培养模式改革的探索与效果 被引量:9

The exploration and effect on the reform of the training model of eight-year medical program

摘要 四川大学于2008年成立“八年制创新班”,在人才培养模式方面进行了积极的探索。为了了解创新班的培养效果,为相关改革提供依据,本文对改革近十年创新班学生的学业成绩、学业兴趣等进行分析。相较于传统培养模式,创新班学生的学业成绩更加优异,且学生在专业兴趣、自我规划、专业信心和自我评价等方面都有更好的表现,创新班模式值得进一步探索。 Sichuan University established the innovation class of eight-year medical program in 2008 and actively explored training model of medical talents. In order to understand the training effect of innovation class and provide the basis for relevant reforms, the academic performance and academic interest of students in the innovation class of eight-year medical program in Sichuan University in the past decade were analyzed. Compared with the traditional training model, students in the innovation class have better academic performance, and they have better performance in terms of professional interests, self-planning, professional confidence and self-evaluation. The innovation class model is worth further exploration.
