摘要
课程教学质量是高校人才培养质量的核心,如何保证课程评价能科学、有效、合理地开展,是高校教学质量保障的重要命题。本文引入课程评价元评估概念,在基于元评估与课程评价相关理论的基础上,参考相关文献、实践经验及专家建议,构建课程评价元评估指标体系,并对指标体系的实施提出了个建议:重视课程评价的全过程监测;选择合适的元评估主体;探索健全的元评估机制。
The courses teaching and learning quality is the core of higher education quality. How to guarantee the curriculum evaluation can be scientific, efficient, and reasonably implemented, is an important issue of quality assurance of higher education. This paper introduces the concept of meta-evaluation, and on the basis of the theories of recta-evaluation and curriculum evaluation, refers to the related literatures and experience as well as suggestions, constructs the index system for the university curriculum evaluation. It also puts forward three implementation suggestions, that is, pay attention to the overall process monitoring of curriculum evaluation; choose the appropriate subject of recta-evaluation; explore the applicable institution of recta-evaluation.
