摘要
介绍了葛洲坝转轮体的结构特点。在转轮体的铸造工艺设计上,突破了传统的工艺设计,采用了环形补贴和环形冒口,通过MAGMA模拟软件进行凝固计算和验证,优化补贴和冒口的设计,使转轮体实现顺序凝固,保证满足质量要求。采用两次高温补浇冒口浇注,从而提高了冒口的补缩率。
The structure characteristics of Gezhouba hub were introduced. In the casting process design, traditional process design was broken through, and circular pad and circular riser were adopted, as well as calculation and verification of solidification were performed by using a MAGMA Simulation Software to make the hub realize sequence solidification, and to guarantee NDT quality requirement. Two times of high temperature supplement riser pouring was adopted, which improved the efficiency of riser feeding.
