摘要
在低压铸造车轮生产过程中,由于模具畸变、腐蚀、磨损和生产工艺的变化,铸造的车轮毛坯会在内轮缘、外轮缘和边模接缝处产生飞边,对材料利用率、毛坯定位及尺寸精度等方面都有较大的影响,阻碍了自动化和智能化生产的实施。分析了飞边产生的原因,据此采取了相应的改进措施,结果,减少了毛坯的飞边,降低制造成本,提高了生产效率。
In the course of low-pressure casting wheel, due to the deformation, corrosion, wear of mould and the changes in production process, flash is frequently present in the inner and outer rim and the gap of side molds, thus exerting availability of the material, positioning of the blank, as well as inhibiting achievement of automatic and intelligent production. The reason why the flash formed was analyzed. In view of above, some precautions were adopted, and, as a result, the flash of blank was lessened, the production cost was reduced, and the productivity was elevated
