摘要 研究了汽车发动机三缸曲轴采用不同布置方式及不同铸造工艺,如潮模砂工艺和壳型覆膜砂工艺,对铸件产生缩孔、缩松的影响。结果发现,曲轴垂直放置,且采用壳型覆膜砂工艺更有利于曲轴的生产和消除缩孔、缩松。此外,通过优化潮模砂铸造工艺可以消除三缸曲轴加工缩孔、缩松缺陷。 The effect of the use of different casting processes such as green sand molding practice and shell coated sand molding practice on formation of cavitation and porosity in three-cylinder crankshaft for automotive engine was investigated. The results indicated that the crankshaft being vertically placed during pouring and the use of shell coated sand molding practice all help to eliminate the cavitation and porosity. In addition, the cavitation and porosity in the three-cylinder crankshaft also are removed by optimizing the green sand molding process.
