可持续发展视角下金融精准扶贫的路径探析

Analysis of the Path of Financial Precision Poverty Alleviation from the Perspective of Sustainable Development

精准可持续是提升金融扶贫效果和实现稳定脱贫的重要保障。随着扶贫开发进入攻坚克难的关键时期,金融扶贫面临合格承贷主体少、抵质押担保不足、配套政策不完善等制约瓶颈,严重影响了金融精准扶贫的可持续推进。本文立足于可持续发展视角分析了金融扶贫面临的困难和问题,并从建立协调机制、完善风险保障体系、创新扶贫信贷产品、优化扶贫环境等方面提出金融扶贫可持续发展的对策建议。

Precision and sustainability is an important guarantee to promote the financial poverty alleviation effect and achieve stability of poverty alleviation. As the critical period of poverty alleviation, financial poverty alleviation faces the bottleneck of the shortage of qualified loan subject, less qualified collateral guarantee, imperfect supporting policies, which seriously affects the sustainable advancement of financial precision poverty alleviation. Based on the perspective of sustainable development, this paper deeply analyzes the difficulties and problems of the financial poverty alleviation, puts forward the suggestions for the sustainable development of financial poverty alleviation that establishing the coordination mechanism,perfecting the risk safeguard system, innovating credit products, optimizing the environment for poverty alleviation, etc.
