The Financial Development, Low-carbon Economy and Routing Selection in China

研究经济金融发展对碳排放的影响对于推进我国低碳经济转型和实现绿色生态文明具有重要理论与实践意义。本文运用1990-2015年的数据,运用状态空间模型围绕经济增长、金融发展对碳排放的影响及各变量动态关系进行了实证研究。结果表明,我国金融发展从整体层面对低碳经济运行呈现提振作用,而经济增长则对碳排量的快速增加形成正向助推效应。在此基础上,围绕加快绿色金融体系建设、推动碳金融产品创新、加快新旧动能转换等方面,提出了促进经济金融发展与低碳经济协调发展的政策建议。

It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the impact of economic and financial development on carbon emissions to promote the transformation of low-carbon economy and realize green ecological civilization. Based on the data from 1990 to 2015, this paper uses the state space model to study the impact of economic growth, financial development on carbon emissions and the dynamic relationship of each variable. The results show that China＇s financial development plays a role in boosting low-carbon economy from the overall level, and economic growth forms a positive boost effect for the rapid increase of carbon emissions. On this basis, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the coordinated development of economic and financial development and low-carbon economy around accelerating the construction of green financial system, promoting the innovation of carbon finance products and accelerating the transformation of old and new energy.
