摘要
目的:研究帕罗西汀联合小剂量舒必利治疗社交恐惧合并抑郁的临床效果。方法:2015年10月-2016年10月期间我院接诊的社交恐惧合并抑郁患者76例,按照随机、对照、双盲试验原则分为观察组(n=38)和对照组(n=38),对照组患者采用帕罗西汀治疗,在此基础上观察组联合小剂量舒必利治疗。结果:治疗后观察组患者焦虑恐惧因子、回避因子评分、社交焦虑量表(LSAS)总评分明显低于对照组(t=-2.323,-3.731,-2.409;P〈0.05);观察组患者临床治疗总有效率89.47%,明显高于对照组71.05%(χ2=4.070,P〈0.05);口干、头晕、失眠、出汗、便秘、恶心等不良反应发生率比较,两组患者差异不具有统计学意义。结论:对社交恐惧合并抑郁患者,帕罗西汀联合小剂量舒必利治疗,有利于减轻疾病症状,改善社交焦虑障碍和抑郁情况,提高临床治疗效果,不良反应少且轻微,患者均可耐受,值得临床积极推广和应用。
Objective:To study and analyze the clinical effect of paroxetine combined with low-dose sulpiride in the treatment of social fear and depression.Methods:A total of 76 patients with social fears admitted in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were divided into observation group(n=38)and control group(n=38)according to the randomized,controlled and double-blind trial principles.The patients in the control group were treated with paroxetine and the observation group was treated with low-dose sulpiride treatment on the basis of the control group.Results:The scores of anxiety and risk factors and LSAS were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(t=-2.323,-3.731,-2.409;P 0.05)The total effective rate of clinical treatment was89.47%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group by 71.05%(χ2=4.070,P〈0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as dry mouth,dizziness,insomnia,sweating,constipation and nausea between two groups were not statistically significant.Conclusion:In patients with social depression and fear,paroxetine combined with low-dose sulpiride treatment is beneficial to alleviate the symptoms of the disease,improve social anxiety disorder and depression,improve clinical outcomes.It also has less adverse and minor which patients can tolerate,thus it can be actively promoted and applied in clinical practice.
