认知行为集体治疗对康复期精神分裂症焦虑抑郁的影响

Effect of Cognitive Behavioral Group Therapy on Anxiety and Depression for Schizophrenia during Rehabilitation Period

目的：调查康复期精神分裂症患者焦虑、抑郁状况,探讨认知行为集体治疗（CBGT）对其焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法：将100例康复期精神分裂症患者依照数字随机表法分为研究组（50例）和对照组（50例）。两组均应用非典型抗精神病药物治疗、工娱治疗、护理常规。研究组在此基础上进行CBGT,每周2次,每次45分钟,为期12周。应用焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）分别于治疗前及治疗结束时对治疗效果进行评定。结果：（1）治疗前,研究组和对照组SAS、SDS评分差异无统计学意义（t=0.433,0.201;P〉0.05）;（2）治疗后,研究组SAS、SDS评分较治疗前显著降低（t=12.936,12.872;P〈0.05）;（3）治疗后,研究组SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组（t=-12.495,-12.039;P〈0.05）。结论：认知行为集体治疗（CBGT）对于康复期精神分裂症患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪具有治疗作用。

Objective：To investigate the status of anxiety and depression for patients with schizophrenia during rehabilitation period,and to explore the effect of Cognitive Behavioral Group Therapy（CBGT）on their anxiety and depression.Methods：A total of 100 patients with schizophrenia during rehabilitation period were randomly divided into the study group（50 cases）and the control group（50 cases）according to digital random method.All these patients in two groups received systematic treatment with atypical antipsychotic drugs,entertainment therapy and usual care.In addition,these patients in the study group were received by CBGT for 12 weeks,twice a week,45 minutes each time.The treatment effects was assessed with Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）and Self-Rating Depression Scale（SDS）at base line and at the end of the treatment.Results：（1）Before the treatment,the scores of SAS and SDS had no statistically significant difference between the study group and the control group（P〉0.05）;（2） After the treatment,the scores of SAS and SDS were significantly lower than those before treatment in the study group（t=12.936,12.872;P〈0.05）,there were no significant difference in the control group（P〉0.05）;（3） At the end of treatment,the scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were obviously lower than those in the control group（t=-12.495,-12.039;P〈0.05）.Conclusion：CBGT has an effect on the status of anxiety and depression for patients with schizophrenia during rehabilitation period.
