心理干预联合视频健康宣教对普外科患者术后康复进程及心理状态的影响 被引量:8

Effect of Psychological Intervention Combined with Video Health Education on the Postoperative Rehabilitation and Psychological State of Patients in Department of General Surgery

摘要 目的:探讨心理干预联合视频健康宣教对普外科患者术后康复进程及心理状态的影响。方法:将2015年3月-2016年5月我院收治的100例普外科术后患者随机分为对照组(实施心理干预)和观察组(心理干预联合视频健康宣教),每组各50例。观察患者术后下床活动时间、肠蠕动恢复时间以评估术后康复进程,护理干预前后采用综合医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)评分评估两组患者心理状态,比较两组干预前后围术期相关知识知晓率、自我护理技能准确率及并发症发生率。结果:干预后观察组下床活动时间、肠蠕动恢复时间较对照组明显短,差异有统计学意义(t=6.336,7.161;P〈0.001);与护理干预前相较,护理干预后两组焦虑评分、抑郁评分明显降低(t焦虑=8.130,4.207,t抑郁=10.470,6.474;P〈0.001),并且观察组降低幅度较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(t=5.805,5.554;P〈0.001);护理干预后观察组围术期相关知识知晓率、自我护理技能准确率较对照组明显高,而并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.167,4.891,3.934;P〈0.05)。结论:心理干预联合视频健康宣教在普外科患者应用中,可有效促进患者术后康复进程并减轻焦虑抑郁情绪,在明显提高围术期相关知识知晓率及自我护理水平的同时可降低并发症发生率。 Objective:To explore the effect of psychological intervention and video health education on the postoperative rehabilitation and psychological state of patients in department of general surgery.Methods:A total of 100 patients treated in the department of general surgery from March 2015 to May 2016 were randomly divided into the control group(given psychological intervention)and the observation group(given psychological intervention combined with video health education),50 patients in each group.The ambulation time and the time for intestinal peristalsis recovery were observed to evaluate the postoperative rehabilitation.The psychological state of patients was evaluated with the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)before and after the nursing intervention.The awareness rate of perioperative related knowledge,accuracy of self-care skill and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the ambulation time and the time for intestinal peristalsis recovery of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(t=6.336,7.161;P〈0.001).After the nursing intervention,scores of anxiety and depression were significantly decreased in the two groups(t anxiety score=8.130,4.207;t depression score=10.470 6.474;P〈0.001),and the decreased in observation group was greater than that in the control group(t=5.805,5.554;P〈0.001).After the nursing intervention,the awareness rate of perioperative related knowledge,accuracy of self-care skill in observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ~2=4.167,4.891,3.934;P〈0.05).Conclusion:The application of psychological intervention combined with video health education in patients in the department of general surgery can effectively promote the postoperative rehabilitation of patients,reduce anxiety and depression,increase the awareness rate of perioperative related knowledge and self-care ability,and reduce the incidence of complications.
