地方院校大学生手机成瘾与学习倦怠的关系

Mobile Phone Addiction and Its Relationship with Learning Burnout of Local Colleges and Universities of College Students

目的：探讨地方院校大学生手机成瘾与学习倦怠的关系。方法：采用大学生智能手机成瘾量表和大学生学习倦怠量表对山西省某地方院校193名大学生进行测量。结果：（1）地方院校大学生手机成瘾人数占被调查总人数的25.39%,有51.81%大学生由于手机使用过度造成学习和工作效率明显下降。地方院校大学生手机成瘾存在显著年级差异（F=3.196,P〈0.05）,二年级得分明显高于其它年级;手机成瘾在专业方面也存在显著差异,文科大学生得分明显高于理科大学生（t=-2.419,P〈0.05）;（2）地方院校大学生学习倦怠人数占被调查总人数的27.46%,学习倦怠及其因子在性别、年级和专业方面的差异没有达到显著水平;（3）地方院校大学生手机成瘾与学习倦怠之间的正相关达到显著水平（r=0.348,P〈0.01）。结论：手机成瘾是造成地方院校大学生学习倦怠的重要因素,手机成瘾越严重,学习倦怠程度越高。

Objective：To study the local college students＇ mobile phone addiction and its relationship with learning burnout.Methods：College students＇ smart phone addiction scale and college students learning burnout scale were used in a local college in Shanxi province to measure 193 college students.Results：（1） Mobile phone addiction in college students of local institutions accounted for the total surveyed 25.39 %,51.81 % college students study and work efficiency excessive significant declined due to cell phone use.College students＇ mobile phone addiction existed significant grade differences of local institutions,（F =3.196,P 〈0.05）,grade 2 scored significantly higher than other grades;There were significant differences in terms of professional.（t=2.419,P〈0.05）in mobile phone addiction with the liberal arts college students scoring significantly higher than science students.（2） Local college students with learning burnout accounted 27.46 %of the total number of surveyed,learning burnout and its factor in gender,grade and specialty differences did not reach significant level.（3） Local college students＇ mobile phone addiction was positively correlated with learning burnout（r=0.348,P〈0.01）Conclusion：Mobile phone addiction is an important factor in the study of burnout among college students,and the more serious the cell phone addiction,the higher the level of burnout.
