6~12岁孪生女童头影测量中颅面深度环境作用的纵向分析

摘要 目的探讨环境因素和遗传因素在混合牙列期对颅面深度和面下1/3软组织覆盖厚度的影响,为确立错颌的正确矫治计划提供理论依据。方法测量6~12岁183对孪生女童的头颅侧位片,运用孪生子研究法分析对颅面深度、面下1/3软组织覆盖厚度、面型角度指标的环境和遗传作用纵向统计分析。结果水平向测量结果(L1、L2和L3)和软组织厚度结果(D1、D2和D3)均有显著的环境作用(P<0.05),角度测量项目(G-Sn-Pos和Ns-Sn-Pos)可见到遗传和环境的双重作用(P<0.05)。结论孪生女童头影测量中下颌骨颅面深度受较强的环境因素影响,颅面形态受到遗传和环境的双重作用。 Objective To study the relative effects of the environment and genes on craniofacial depth during mixed dentitions. Methods The samples used in this study consisted of lateral cephalograms of one hundred and eighty-three female twins. The environmental and genetic effects on craniofacial depth among female twins aged six to twelve were analyzed with statistical methods.Results Statistical comparisons revealed significant environmental and genetic effects on the horizon measurement results( L1,L2 and L3) and soft tissue depth results( D1,D2 and D3) in female twins,and significant genetic effects on the angle measurement results( G-Sn-Pos and Ns-Sn-Pos). Conclusions The effect of genes on craniofacial depth is significant,while the environmental impact can also be observed.
