新版《条例》实施后青岛市第二类疫苗流通及管理现状调查

Survey on status quo of circulation and management in category Ⅱ vaccines after implementation of new version of regulation,Qingdao city

目的了解青岛市疾病预防控制(简称疾控)系统第二类疫苗流通及管理现状,探讨新形势下第二类疫苗流通及管理中存在的问题及解决办法。方法 2017年1~7月对青岛市全部县级疾控机构,采用问卷及现场访谈的方法对目前第二类疫苗流通及管理情况进行调查。结果青岛市第二类疫苗配送主要是依托第三方配送企业配送的模式,以县为单位最高94.12%,最低68.75%;2017年1~7月青岛市第二类疫苗用量142 047剂次远低于2015年同期280 881剂次,同比下降49.43%;新版《条例》实施后,预防接种门诊第二类疫苗销售价格只有1个品种降低。结论青岛市新版《条例》实施后第二类疫苗的流通及管理仍存在一定的问题。

Objective To understand the status quo of circulation and management in category Ⅱ vaccines after implementation of new version of regulation the CDC system of Qingdao city,so as to provide the basis for solving problems.Methods The questionnaires and field interviewing methods were usedtilized for survey on the status quo of circulation and management of category Ⅱ vaccines at all county-level centers for disease control and prevention in Qingdao city during January-July 2017. Results The model of the third party enterprise delivery was mainly adopted in the delivery of category Ⅱ vaccines.The highest rate was 94.12%;the lowest rate was 68.75%.The usage amount of category Ⅱ vaccines in Qingdao city from January to July（142 047）was far less than the same period in 2015（280 881）,decreased by49.43%.After the implementation of new version of regulation,the price of only one kind of category Ⅱ vaccines was reduced. Conclusion There are still some problems in circulation and management of category Ⅱ vaccines after implementation of new version of regulation in Qingdao city.
