2015～2017年太原市某医院消毒效果监测

Surveillance on the effect of disinfection in a hospital,Taiyuan city,2015-2017

目的了解太原市某医院环境卫生和消毒管理的常规监测效果,科学指导医院消毒。方法采集该医疗机构2015~2017年检验分析部门各个专业组空气、物体表面、手卫生、使用中消毒液进行细菌菌落计数并对监测结果进行统计学分析。结果 2015~2017年总体监测样本合格率分别为97.26%、97.10%、98.16%(P>0.05)。3年空气和物体表面的合格率分别为96.21%、96.21%,96.93%、95.93%,97.79%、97.71%(P>0.05)。3年手卫生合格率分别为87.50%、92.37%、96.85%,且2015与2017年相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。3年使用中的消毒液合格率均为100%。结论 2015~2017年太原市某医院总体消毒效果监测合格率较高。

Objective To understand the conventional surveillance effect for environmental sanitation and disinfection management in a medical institution,Taiyuan city,so as to provide scientific guidance for disinfection in medical institutions. Methods Samples of air,surfaces,hand hygiene,disinfection solution in use were collected for bacterial colony count and statistical analysis was made on the results in each group from the testing department of the medical institution,2015-2017. Results The total qualified rate of monitoring samples from 2015 to 2017 was 97.26%,97.10% and98.16% respectively,and there was no statistically significant difference among them（P〈0.05）.The eligible rate of air,surfaces from 2015 to 2017 was 96.21%,96.21%;96.93%,95.93%and 97.79%,97.71%respectively,and there was no statistically significant difference among them（P〉0.05）.The qualified rate of hand hygiene from 2015 to 2017 was87.50%,92.37% and 96.85%,and there was statistically significant difference between 2015 and 2017（P〈0.01）.The qualified rate of disinfection solution in use during 2015-2017 was 100%. Conclusion The total qualified rate of disinfection efficacy monitoring is higher in a hospital of Taiyuan city during 2015-2017.
