通过对相关文献资料的整理分析,对黑龙江省的冰雪文化旅游业的发展历史进行了回顾,对发展现状进行了梳理,并对黑龙江省冰雪文化发展的未来前进方向加以展望,提出了增强创新、发掘冰雪艺术文化特色,供给侧改革滑雪旅游市场,多元化开辟冰雪体育赛事的经济效益等黑龙江冰雪文化资源的优化发展策略,为龙江冰雪文化经济的发展助力。

Through the analysis of the relevant literature, the paper reviews the history of ice - snow culture tourism in Hei- longjiang province, and based on the present situation, it prospects for the future direction of the ice - snow culture develop- ment. As a reference of advancing the economic development of Heilongjiang ice - snow culture, it puts forwards the develop- ment strategy to optimize the ice - snow cultural resources in Heilongjiang as follows ： strengthen the innovation, excavate the characteristics of ice - snow artistic culture, reform the skiing tourism market in supply side, and diversify the economic ben- efits of ice - snow sports events.
