精囊镜联合体外短波治疗以血精为表现的精囊炎的临床研究

Clinical study of spermatoscopy combined with in vitro short-wave therapy on spermatocystitis with the symptom of hematospermia

目的:探讨精囊镜联合体外短波治疗以血精为表现的精囊炎临床疗效。方法:选取2010年8月-2015年9月94例以血精为表现的精囊炎患者作为研究对象,分成2组,对照组47例,单纯予精囊镜治疗,观察组47例,加用体外短波治疗,观察不同方法治疗后在临床症状,疗效等方面差异性。结果:疗效上,治疗2周后对照组治愈率25.53%,总有效率68.09%,复发率21.28%,观察组治愈率40.43%,总有效率87.23%,复发率8.51%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05);两组治疗2周后在血精,射精痛,局部坠胀感,尿路刺激征,性功能减退积分上均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗2周后观察组以上症状下降水平显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗2周后在血清白细胞和精液红细胞,白细胞含量上显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),而治疗前和治疗2周后两组以上指标含量水平均无明显差异性(P>0.05)。结论:精囊镜联合体外短波能改善血精为表现的精囊炎临床症状,提高疗效。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of spermatoscopy combined with in vitro short-wave therapy on spermatocystitis with the symptom of hematospermia. Methods： 94 patients with spermatocystitis with the symptom of hematospermia from August 2010 to September 2015 were selected and divided into 2 groups. 47 patients in control group were treated by seminal vesicle treatment,and 47 patients in observation group were treated with spermatoscopy combined with in vitro short-wave therapy. The clinical symptoms and curative effect of two groups were observed. Results： In control group,the cure rate,total effective rateand recurrence ratewas 25. 53%,68. 09% and 21. 28% respectively at 2 weeks after treatment. In the observation group,the cure rate,total effective rate and recurrence rate was 40. 43%,87. 23% and 8. 51% respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. At2 weeks after treatment,thehematospermia,painful ejaculation,local bulge,urinary tract irritation and sexual dysfunction scores of two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,more significant in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）. At 2 weeks after treatment,serum white blood cells,seminal fluid red blood cells and white blood cells were significantly lower than these before treatment（ P〈0. 05）.No significant differences were found in above symptoms between the two groupsat before and after the treatment（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusions： Spermatoscopy combined with in vitro short-wave therapy can improve the clinical symptoms of spermatocystitis with the symptom of hematospermia and improve the curative effect.
