山东省2830例男性HPV疑似患者感染状况分析

Analysis of 2830 male patients suspected of HPV infection in Shandong Province

目的:探讨山东地区男性人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)不同亚型感染的分布情况,为HPV的防治工作提供参考依据。方法:本文回顾性分析2012年1月至2016年8月送往济南金域医学检验中心的2830例HPV感染疑似患者疣体或皮损处分泌物拭子的不同HPV感染型基因芯片检测结果。结果:1621例HPV检测阳性,阳性率为57.3%。HPV感染的高峰年龄为21~50岁,占79.3%。低危亚型所占比率前3位依次为HPV6(40.2%),HPV11(33.1%),HPV42(11.0%);高危亚型所占比率前5位依次为HPV16(14.3%),HPV52(12.3%),HPV51(8.7%),HPV58(8.3%),HPV59(7.9%)。在1621例阳性患者中,单一亚型感染786例,占48.5%;二重及以上感染(多重感染)835例,占比51.5%,并且多重感染的各HPV亚型感染率均明显高于单一感染。结论:山东地区男性HPV感染低危亚型主要以6型、11型为主,高危亚型主要以16型、52型、51型、58型、59型为主。多重感染的HPV亚型分布情况较单一感染更为复杂,更应受到HPV感染防治工作重视。

Objective： To investigate the different subtypes of human papillomavirus（ HPV） infection in male patients in Shandong,and to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of HPV infection. Methods： From January 2012 to August 2016,a total of 2830 men suspected of HPV infection were collected by Jinan King Med Diagnostics,and tested by a HPV genotyping chip,which could detect 23 HPV types. Results： A total of 1621 cases were HPV-positive,with the positive rate of 57. 3%. The peak age of HPV infection was between 21 and 50 years old,accounting for 79. 3% of all patients. HPV6（ 40. 2%）,HPV11（ 33. 1%） and HPV42（ 11. 0%） were the top three common low-risk HPV subtypes; HPV16（ 14. 3%）,HPV52（ 12. 3%）,HPV51（ 8. 7%）,HPV58（ 8. 3%） and HPV59（ 7. 9%） were the top five common high-risk HPV subtypes. Among 1621 HPV-positive patients,786 cases（ 48. 5%）had single subtype infection,and the other 835 cases（ 51. 5%） had double or more subtype infections（ multiple HPV infection）. The positive rate of each HPV subtype in multiple infections was significantly higher than that in the single infection. Conclusions： In male HPV-positive patients,the main low-risk HPV subtypes are HPV 6 and HPV 11,and the main high-risk HPV subtypes are HPV 16,HPV 52,HPV 51,HPV 58 and HPV 59. Multiple HPV infections aremore complex than single HPV infection. Thus,more attention should be paid to multiple HPV infection.
