摘要
目的:探讨CT在子宫肌瘤临床诊断中的应用价值。方法:完整收集115例子宫肌瘤患者的临床资料予以回顾性分析研究,资料收集时间为2015年2月至2017年2月。对患者分别实施B超检查与CT检查。对不同方法的检查结果进行详细的记录,并与患者的术后病理检查结果行比较分析。结果:对B超检查与CT检查结果与病理诊断结果进行比较,可得CT检查的符合率显著高于B超检查,其差异具有统计学意义(98.26%VS 89.57%,P<0.05);对115例患者的检查结果与病理诊断结果进行比较,可得在肌壁间肌瘤、浆膜下肌瘤、粘膜下肌瘤、多发性子宫肌瘤检查结果方面,B超检查结果与病理诊断结果之间均存在一定的差异,且准确率均显著低于CT检查结果,误诊率显著高于CT检查,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床对子宫肌瘤实施CT诊断可以获得理想的检查效果,但也存在一定的误诊现象。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of CT in the diagnosis of uterine leiomyoma.Methods: The clinical data of 115 patients with uterine leiomyoma were collected and analyzed retrospectively. The data collection was conducted from February 2015 to February 2017. The patients were examined by ultrasonography and CT and the results of different methods were recorded and compared with the results of postoperative pathological examination. Results: Compared with the results of CT examination and pathological diagnosis,the coincidence rate of CT examination was significantly higher than that of B ultrasound examination( 98. 26% vs 89. 57%,P〈0. 05).According to the comparison between inspection results and pathological diagnosis results of all the 115 patients,differences were found between the B ultrasound examination and pathological diagnosis in intramural myoma,subserous myoma and submucous myoma and multiple uterine fibroids,and the accuracy rate was significantly lower than that of CT test while misdiagnosis rate was significantly higher than that of CT,P〈0. 05. Conclusions: Clinical application of CT diagnosis of uterine fibroids can get ideal results,but with some misdiagnosis.
