高校大学生艾滋病感染频发原因初探

Investigation on the causes of high incidence of AIDS infection among college students

目的:通过期刊文献研究,分析大学生艾滋病频发原因,以期为降低大学生艾滋病感染路径提供依据。方法:通过万方、知网、维普等数据库,全面检索已经发表的关于大学生艾滋病原因相关分析的文献,选取具有研究价值和符合标准的期刊文献,提取数据,用Excel建立数据库,最后采用Stata 14软件,对选取的文献进行统计分析。结果:在统计分析的31篇期刊文献中,总体知晓率、正确对待艾滋病患者、发生过性行为人数和使用或愿意使用安全套人数的算术均数和中位数分别是:80.59%、73.82%、9.45%、59.06%;79.83%、1.16%、7.41%、60.68%。综合统计结果显示,大学生艾滋病防控不理想,且地区差异明显。结论:近年来,高校大学生艾滋病感染和发病人数增加较快,是大学生忽视自我教育以及社会缺乏关注的结果。要降低大学生艾滋病感染和发病率,首先应当提高大学生群体和相关群体的艾滋病认知度。通过自我学习、社会教育等途径,认识到问题所在,并积极采取措施防控艾滋病感染风险,以此降低艾滋病感染。

Objective： To analyze the causes of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome（ AIDS） infection in college students through literature review in order to provide the basis for reducing the AIDS infection path of college students. Methods： Using the database such as Wanfang,Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure（ CNKI）and VIP,the paper comprehensively retrieves the literature on causes analysis of AIDS among college students. Data was extracted from included literatures to establish database using Excel,and Stata 14 software was adopted for the statistical analysis of the literature selected. Results： According to the statistical analysis of the 31 papers included,the arithmetic mean and median of the number of people having overall awareness,the right attitude towards AIDS patients,having sex life and using or willing to use condoms were 80. 59%,73. 82%,9. 45%,59. 06%;79. 83%,1. 16%,7. 41%,60. 68% respectively. Overall,the prevention and control of AIDS in college students was not ideal,with significant regional differences. Conclusions： In recent years,the incidence of AIDS infection and morbidity among college students has increased rapidly. To reduce the incidence of AIDS infection and morbidity among college students,the first step should be to improve the AIDS awareness of college students and related groups. The problem should be recognized through self-learning and social education and active measures should be taken to prevent AIDS infection.
