高职建筑工程技术专业技能人才培养模式探析

Cultivating Model for Skilled Talents of Architectural Engineering Technology in Higher Vocational Colleges

围绕建工专业工学融合的专业定位,结合工作对象具有多样性及工作环境不确定性等特点,探索了利用专业的、系统的基础理论知识培养从事建筑施工、工程预决算技能人才的模式.提出符合国情的"工学结合"模式应将培养期贯穿于整个职业生涯的观点,由政府向企业购买实习岗位,企业承担人才实习期培养任务的"校企合作"模式,为培养符合专业要求高质量的技能人才进行了积极探索.

Considering the diverse working target and uncertain working environment, this paper focused on how to create a ＂Combining Learning with Working＂ pattern for Architectural Engineering majors. It also made a research on the cultivation model for skilled talents of Architectural Engineering and Engineering Budget and Settlement. The idea of holding on to this pattern throughout the whole career life is put forward. A positive research is carried on how to cultivate high quality skilled talents through the mode of school-enterprise cooperation.
