Current Situation and Development Trend of TVET in Turkey

随着经济和社会的发展,土耳其确定了职业教育在提升本国人力资本市场竞争中的战略地位,将学校教育与企业培训结合的更为紧密,并尝试了由企业主导的学徒制培训.在质量保障方面,土耳其成立职业技术教育总局,制订和实施改进职业技术教育的政策与战略,并监督和实施对职业技术教育学校与机构的管理政策.随着年轻劳动力的增长,土耳其职业教育还需进一步提升服务能力与教育质量,完善终身学习体系.

With the economic and social development, Turkey makes clear the strategic role of vocational education in improving its human resources. A closer tie between school education and enterprise training is realized. Apprenticeship training is carried out in the enterprises. The Turkish government has established a Vocational Skills Educational Bureau to lay out and implement policies of vocational education. It also shares the responsibility of supervising the management of vocational schools and organizations. With the growth of young labor force, Turkey＇s vocational education needs to further improve its service ability and education quality and improve a lifelong learning system.
