中小城市居民出行特征分析及交通改善策略研究

Analysis of travel characteristics and transportation improvement strategies of small and medium-sized cities

城市规模的差异,使中小城市居民出行特征与大城市存在较大差异。从出行次数、出行目的分布、出行方式构成3个方面入手,将中小城市出行特征与大城市进行比较分析,同时对中小城市不同时期的出行特征进行对比分析;探索中小城市出行特征及变化趋势,发现私人机动化出行增长过速等隐患;继而以优化出行结构为目的,从科学规划城市用地布局、改善慢行服务、优化公交系统、有序引导个体机动车交通等4个方面提出交通改善的策略建议。

Due to their difference in sizes,there exists significant difference in travel characteristics between small and medium-sized cities and large cities.This paper discusses the difference in travel characteristics from several aspects including travel frequency,purpose,distance,mode.At the same time,this paper discusses the difference in travel characteristics of small and medium-sized cities in different periods.Then this paper,by actively grasping the travel characteristics and trends in small and medium-sized cities,finds some other hidden dangers,such as that personal motorized travel has grown too fast.Finally,targeting at optimizing travel mode choice,the paper provides suggestions on transportation improvement in small and medium-sized cities in four aspects：scientific planning of land use,improving environment for nonmotorized traffic,optimizing public transport system,and orderly guiding individual motor vehicle traffic.
