摘要 动脉粥样硬化是心脑血管疾病的病理基础,慢性炎症反应、内皮功能损伤在其发生发展过程中起重要作用。近年来发现了一些新的内皮损伤与炎症标志物,包括Endoglin(CD105)、Endocan、Apelin、趋化素等。本文主要介绍Endoglin在动脉粥样硬化中的作用。 Atherosclerosis is the pathological basis of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Chronic inflammatory reaction and endothelial dysfunction play an important role in the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis. In recent years,some new markers of endothelial injury and inflammation have been identified,including Endoglin( CD105),Endocan,Apelin,and chemokines. This article mainly introduces the role of Endoglin in atherosclerosis.
