政治话语来自政治实践或政治生活实际。当纲领在中国政治实践中发生建构性影响,纲领的话语就具有了生产性。纲领政治就是基于政治实践而建构的一个重要政治话语。在艰苦卓绝的历史实践中,中国共产党制定出一系列纲领,成为中国共产党历史、现代中国政治史以及中国的马克思主义政治理论建立和发展的独特现象。从党的一大到十九大的近百年历程中,这个一以贯之的纲领政治的历史实践,书写了中国特色政治话语史,建构起中国特色政治话语的独特逻辑。

Political discourse comes from political practice or the reality of political life. When the program has a constructive impact on Chinese political practice, the program＇s discourse is productive. Program politics is an important political discourse constructed on the basis of political practice. In the arduous historical practice, the CPC has formulated a series of programs and has become a unique phenomenon in the history of the Chinese Communist Party, the political history of modern China and the establishment and development of China＇s Marxist political theory. In the nearly one hundred years of history from the First National Congress of CPC to the nineteenth, this historical practice of a consistent political program has written a unique logic of building a political discourse with Chinese characteristics and building up political discourse with Chinese characteristics.
