摘要
目的检测Cullin4A(CUL4A)、布罗莫结构域蛋白4(BRD4)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者癌组织中的表达,探讨CUL4A、BRD4与NSCLC的临床病理特征的关系。方法 120例NSCLC患者和30例非癌症组织在免疫组织化学SP法下检测CUL4A、BRD4表达情况,分析CUL4A、BRD4表达与患者的临床病理资料的相关性。结果 NSCLC癌组织中CUL4A、BRD4阳性表达率明显高于正常对照组织(P<0.01),CUL4A阳性表达与年龄、TNM分期存在明显相关(χ~2分别为6.485和8.442,P=0.011和0.004),BRD4阳性表达与年龄、组织类型、TNM和有无淋巴结转移分期有明显相关(χ~2分别为4.350、6.389、12.105和13.841,P=0.009、0.006、0.000和0.000)。结论 CUL4A、BRD4在NSCLC癌组织中表达明显增高,可能在肿瘤发生发展过程中发挥重要作用,并成为预测NSCLC诊断、预后的参考指标之一。
Objective To detect the expression of CUL4A and BRD4 in cancer tissues of patients with non-small cell lung cancer( NSCLC) and to explore the relationship for clinical pathological features between CUL4A,BRD4 and NSCLC.Methods The expression of CUL4A and BRD4 was detected by immunohistochemical SP method in 120 NSCLC patients and 30 non-cancer tissues.The correlation between the expression of CUL4A,BRD4 and clinicopathological data was analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of CUL4A and BRD4 in NSCLC tissues were significantly higher than those in normal control tissues( P 0. 01).The positive expression of CUL4A was significantly associated with age and TNM stages( χ~2= 6.485 and 8.442,P = 0.011 and 0. 004). The positive expression of BRD4 was significantly correlated with age,histological type,TNM,and stages of lymph node metastasis( χ~2= 4.350,6.389,12.105 and 13.841; P = 0.009,0.006,0.000 and 0.000).Conclusions The expression of CUL4A and BRD4 in NSCLC tissues is significantly increased,which may play an important role in the development of tumors and become one of the reference indexes for the diagnosis and prognosis of NSCLC.
