箱形柱内套筒式全螺栓拼接节点拟静力试验研究 被引量:19

QUASI-STATIC EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON BOX-SECTION ALL-BOLTED COLUMN CONNECTION WITH INNER SLEEVE

摘要 提出一种箱形柱内套筒式全螺栓拼接节点构造,该柱拼接节点采用法兰柱座实现竖向装配,柱座内设八边形内套筒用以提高节点刚度及抗弯、抗剪能力,设计并完成了4个箱形柱拼接节点的拟静力试验。试验结果表明:设计合理的柱全螺栓拼接节点具有与普通焊接节点一致的力学性能。内套筒的设置能够提高柱全螺栓拼接节点的承载力、刚度和耗能能力。一定范围内,内套筒的长度越长,柱拼接节点的承载力和刚度越高,耗能能力越好。 The paper proposed a box-section all-bolted column connection with inner sleeve,which adopted a flanged column base to achieve vertical assembly of the components. An octagonal inner sleeve was utilized to improve the stiffness,bending and shearing capacity of the connection. The quasi-static experiments for 4 box-column connections were designed and completed. The experimental results showed that with the reasonable design,the mechanic properties of the all-bolted column connection was consistent with ordinary welded connection. The inner sleeve could improve the bearing capacity,stiffness and energy dissipating capacity of the all-bolted column connection. Within a certain range,the longer the length of the inner sleeve was,the higher the bearing capacity and the stiffeness,the better the energy dissipation of the column connection would be.
