摘要
为了对比单螺旋箍筋约束浆锚钢筋连接形式和双螺旋箍筋约束浆锚钢筋连接形式在预制页岩陶粒混凝土构件中的力学性能,共设计制作了4组单螺旋箍筋约束浆锚钢筋连接试件和3组双螺旋箍筋约束浆锚钢筋连接试件,每组共3个相同试件,分别进行单向拉伸试验、高应力反复拉压试验和大变形反复拉压试验,研究螺旋箍筋布置形式、钢筋搭接长度和螺旋箍筋体积配箍率对预制页岩陶粒混凝土构件钢筋连接性能的影响。试验结果表明:当钢筋搭接长度不小于1.0 la E时,采用双螺旋箍筋约束浆锚连接形式同样可以实现连接钢筋的有效传力;增加螺旋箍筋体积配箍率对提高双螺旋箍筋约束浆锚钢筋连接性能的作用不明显。
In order to compare the mechanical properties of constraint grout-filled lap connections confined with single spiral stirrup and double spiral stirrups in precast shale ceramsite concrete component,four groups of constraint groutfilled lap connection specimens confined with single spiral stirrup and three groups of constraint grout-filled lap connection specimens confined with double spiral stirrup were designed and fabricated. The uniaxial tensile test,high stress cycled tension and compression test and large deformation cycled tension and compression test were conducted on each group of 3 same specimens. The influence of the arrangement of spiral stirrups,the lap length of steel connections and the volumetric ratio of spiral stirrups on the performance of steel bar connections were investigated.The experimental results indicated that when the lap length of connected steel bars was not less than 1. 0 la E,the constraint grout-filled lap connections confined with double spiral stirrup could transfer the force effectively; and increasing volumetric ratio of the spiral stirrups had little effect on improving the connection performance of constraint grout-filled lap connections confined with double spiral stirrups.
