摘要 介绍了一种快速检测混凝土可泵性的装置——滑管仪。使用滑管仪测试并对比了不同强度、不同流动性的混凝土的可泵性;通过超高层建筑工程的混凝土泵送施工,检验了滑管仪的测试结果。试验表明,滑管仪测试结果能够反映混凝土润滑层对其泵送效果的影响。同时使用流变仪和滑管仪测试,能够比较好地预测大流动性混凝土的可泵性。 A new device—sliper(slide pipe rheometer) for the rapid detection of concrete pumpability was introduced. Concrete of different compressive strength and flowability were compared in the lab with the help of sliper. Meanwhile,a field experiment was carried out to test the capability of sliper. It was shown that the measuring results of sliper could reflect the concrete pumpability by testing the lubrication layer formed during pumping.Furthermore,a good prediction of the pumping pressure for high flowing concrete could be obtained by using concrete rheometer and sliper together.
