摘要
为了研究B含量对Fe-Nb-B三元非晶合金的非晶形成能力和磁学性能的影响规律,采用单辊甩带法制备Fe_(97-x)Nb_3B_x(x=16,18,20)非晶薄带,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对合金结构特征、热学性能以及软磁性能进行研究.结果表明:制备的Fe_(97-x)Nb_3B_x合金薄带均为非晶.增加B含量使得合金的非晶形成能力显著提高,Fe77Nb3B20合金具有高的热稳定性及良好的非晶形成能力,过冷液相区(ΔTx)、约化玻璃转变温度(Trg)和γ参数分别为44 K、0.584和0.291.该合金具有优异的软磁性能,饱和磁化强度为123~141 emu·g-1,低矫顽力为4.0~1 728.8 A·m-1.Fe_(97-x)Nb_3B_x(x=16,18,20)非晶合金具有高的非晶形成能力和优异软磁性能,有望作为一种新型软磁材料应用于工业领域.
The influence of B content on the glass forming ability( GFA) and soft magnetic properties of the Fe97-xNb3Bx alloys was investigated. Fe97-xNb3Bx( x = 16,18,20) amorphous ribbons were successfully prepared using melt-spinning method. The structual characteristics,thermal properties and soft magnetic properties of the alloy were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction( XRD),differential scanning calorimetry( DSC) and vibrating sample magnetometer( VSM). The results show that fully amorphous structure can be obtained for the Fe97-xNb3Bxalloys with different compositions. Increasing B content leads to an increase of glass forming ability of Fe97-xNb3Bxalloys. It is found that Fe77 Nb3 B20 alloy has the optimized GFA and high thermal stability,in which the supercooled liquid region ΔTx,parameters Trgand γ are equal to 44 K,0. 584 and 0. 291,respectively. VSM results indicate that Fe97-xNb3Bxamorphous alloy exhibits excellent soft magnetic properties with high saturation magnetization of 123 - 141 emu · g^-1 and low coercivity of 4. 0 ~ 1 728. 8 A · m^-1. Present newly developed Fe97-xNb3Bxsoft magnetic material with high GFA and excellent magnetic properties makes it be suitable for industrial application.
