细菌生物膜去除方法研究进展 被引量:15

摘要 细菌生物膜相关理论以及清除方法的研究是近年来消毒供应中心业内热点课题,也已经成为医院感染控制的重点之一。对于细菌生物膜的控制和清除已经越来越引起业内关注。如何清除细菌生物膜对中心消毒供应室(CSSD)来说是一个新的挑战。根据文献研究对于目前使用的清除生物膜的技术进行了总结。中国疾控中心权威性的研究报道:用特有成分的清洗剂去除生物膜优于用水洗清除,清洗剂加邻苯二甲醛清除生物膜效果优于用水洗加邻苯二甲醛。多家医院的CSSD陆续采用新型去除生物膜的清洗剂,并进行了对比试验,结果显示,新型多酶生物膜去除剂优于普通清洗剂,普通清洗剂优于清水。对于管腔类器械,联合超声清洗优于单纯清洗剂清洗。另外,预处理、水温、水处理系统也是影响去除效果的因素之一。 In recent years,the research on bacterial biomembrane related theories and methods has become a hot issue in the field of disinfection supply center in recent years,and it has also become one of the focuses of nosocomial infection control.More and more attention has been paid to the control and removal of bacterial biofilms.How to remove bacterial biofilm is a new challenge for central sterile supply department(CSSD).According to literature review,the biofilm removal technologies that are currently used are summarized.In the aspect of biofilm removal,authoritative reports released from China Center for Disease Control showed that cleaning agent with special ingredients was better than water scrubbing,and cleaning agent with phthalic dicarboxaldehyde was better than water with phthalic dicarboxaldehyde.The CSSDs of several hospitals have adopted new cleaning agents successively to remove the new multi-enzyme biofilm,which were superior to single cleaning agent and water.For tubular cavity instruments,the combined ultrasonic cleaning is better than single cleaning agent.In addition,the pretreatment,water temperature and water treatment system also affect the removal effect.
