摘要
"工学结合"只解决了教学的途径问题,工学如何结合、结合到什么程度是学校要解决的教学实施问题。如果不能很好地解决这一问题,就会出现"知之浅"、"行之浅"的现象。选择"知行合一"的教学之道是解决这一问题的有益尝试。"知行合一"的教学之道包括目标设定、情景创设、载体设计、教学评价、学习品质养成。"知行合一"的教学之道不但要求教会学生"知"与"行"如何融合,而且要积极引导学生实践"知即行、行即知"。由于"知行合一"的教学目标与高职教育人才培养目标一致,选择"知行合一"的教学之道能够帮助学生更加精准地掌握企业所需的技术技能和职业素养。
The method of"work-integrated learning"has only solved the approach of teaching.However,the specific procedures and the degree of combination are still an important teaching practice problem for colleges to solve.If the problem can not be solved in a proper way,there will be a phenomenon of"shallow knowledge"and "shallow action".Selecting the unity of knowledge and action teaching method is an effective way to solve this problem.This unity integrates goal establishment,scene creation,carrier designing,teaching assessment and learning style formation.According to the teaching method of"the unity of knowledge and action",it is required not only to teach the students how to combine "knowledge"and "action",but also to actively guide students in the practice of"knowledge is action,and vice versa".As the teaching goal of this unity is in accordance with that of the higher vocational education,it is possible to help the students master the technical skills and professional qualities required by enterprises more accurately.
