为帮助企业更好的适应绿色电力证书自愿认购交易制度和未来的可再生能源配额制,借助绿证自愿认购交易机制获取尽可能多的收益,采用技术经济学理论和方法,构建了基于绿证交易和等待补贴两种方案的绿证定价动态模型,为可再生能源发电企业提出了旨在提高市场价格优势的绿证报价策略。

In order to assist enterprises to understand the voluntary trading system of renewable energy certificate and future renewable energy quota system, and obtain as much benefits as possible by using renewable energy certificate voluntary trading mechanism, the dynamic pricing model of renewable energy certificate trading are proposed based on the theory and method of technical economics. The model will provide trading strategies of renewable energy certificate to renewable energy powergeneration companies.
