The Four Greatness in the new times is based on the philosophical thinking of General Secretary Xi Jinping who is the core of the CPC central committee. It is a top-level design applying dialectical materialism and historical materialism of world outlook and methodology to governing state affairs and administration. It is the innovative theoretical achievements formed by highly condensing and concentrating on the historical mission of the CPC in the new era from the height of the combination of history and reality, theory and practice.
