自配料和全价料对4月龄城口山地鸡屠宰性能的影响

Effects of Self-formulated feed and Complete feed on Slaughter Performance in Four-months-old Chengkou Mountain Chicken

为探讨自配料和全价料对城口山地鸡屠宰性能的影响,将1日龄城口山地鸡在相同条件下育雏至60日龄,随机分成A、B两组,分别饲喂自配饲料和全价饲料。饲喂至4月龄屠宰,测定其屠宰性能及内脏器官指数。结果显示:自配料组公母鸡的部分屠宰性能显著或极显著地高于全价料组,表明在城口山地鸡养殖中可以用自配饲料替代全价饲料。

In order to investigate the effects of self-formulated feed and complete feed on the slaughter performance of Chengkou Mountain chickens, 1-day-old chickens were bred under the same conditions till 60-days-old, they were randomly divided into A and B groups, which were fed with self-formulated feed and complete feed separately. These chickens were slaughtered at 4-months-old, the slaughter performance and visceral index were measured. The results showed that some slaughter performances of self-formulated feed group were significantly higher than those of complete feed group. It indicated that self-formulated feeds could replace complete feeds in the breeding of Chengkou Mountain chickens.
