摘要
本研究以纯化的猪瘟病毒(CSFV)重组E2蛋白和纯化全病毒为抗原,用镧系元素铕(Eu)为荧光标记,建立了猪瘟抗体镧系荧光免疫层析快检法,经特异性、敏感性、重复性试验,表明该方法具有敏感性和特异性强、重复性好、快速、无辐射、高通量等优点,且操作简单、省时省力,该方法完全可以用于CSF抗体检测和免疫效价评估。
This research established a Lanthanide Fluorescence Immunochromatographic Assay(LFICA) for detecting the antibody of classical swine fever virus(CSFV) by using lanthanide Europium(Eu) as fluorescent labeling, the purified recombinant E2 protein of CSFV and purified whole virus as antigen. The results of specificity, sensitivity and repeatability showed that this method had the advantages of sensitivity and specificity, good repeatability, rapid, no radiation, high flux, the operation was more simpler and saved time and effort. It was proved that this method could be used to evaluate the immune titer and detect CSF antibody.
