摘要
目的:建立HPLC法同时测定亳州11个乡镇白芍中没食子酸、芍药苷和芍药内酯苷的含量。方法:选用安捷伦ZORBAXSBC18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)柱子,以乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸水(B)为流动相,进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 m L/min,柱温25℃,检测波长230 nm。结果:没食子酸在8.04-40.52μg/m L范围内呈线性关系,芍药苷在44.32-221.6μg/m L范围内呈线性关系,芍药内酯苷在28.4-142μg/m L范围内呈线性关系;加样回收率分别为101.1%、100.66%、99.64%,RSD值分别为1.65%、1.18%、1.58%。结论:该研究方法全面,简便准确,可用于测定亳白芍中没食子酸、芍药苷和芍药内酯苷的含量,为亳白芍的质量控制提供参考依据。
Objective:To control the quality of Paeonia lactiflora Pall,then to build a method for gallic acid monohydrate,paeoniflorin and albiflorin at the same time. Methods:Chromatography conditions:ZORBAXSBC18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)with themobil ephase of acetonitrile and water containing 0.1% phosphoric acid. Flow rate was 1.0 m L/min and the detection wavelength was 230 nm,the column temperature was 25 ℃. Results:The linear ranges of gallic acid monohydrate,paeoniflorin and albiflorin were 8.04-40.52 μg/m L(r=0.9998),44.32-221.6 μg/m L(r=0.9994)and 28.4-142 μg/m L(r=0.9996). The average recovery were 101.1%,100.66%,99.64%,with RSD 1.65%,1.18%,1.58%. Conclusion:The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and with a good way to control the quality.
