A Study on the Distribution of Chinese 24 Solar Terms in the Pathogenesis and Death of Patients with Subarachnoid Hemorrhage

摘要 目的:探讨真实世界中蛛网膜下腔出血患者的一般信息、高发地区、死亡与节气的关系,为蛛网膜下腔出血的预防提供参考和借鉴。方法:采集全国20家三甲医院中诊断为蛛网膜下腔出血的住院患者,采集其一般信息、入院及死亡时间信息,使用描述统计方法,并绘制雷达图对患者发病及死亡情况与节气的关系进行关联分析。结果:在2008—2010年,共有4085例蛛网膜下腔出血患者,其中性别记录缺失259例,男1919例,女1907例;有年龄记录者3811例,年龄分布以45-64岁为主,共1881例,其比例显著高于其它年龄段。2008年立春至2010年大寒患者为3179例,雷达图显示,小暑、立冬、霜降发病人数较多。蛛网膜下腔出血患者死亡共106例,雷达图显示,处暑、寒露、立夏、小暑、白露、立冬、冬至死亡人数较多。总体来看,寒冷、炎热发病人数多于其他季节,且死亡比例显著高于其它季节(P=0.023)。结论:2008—2010年,蛛网膜下腔出血患者的发病和死亡有一定的年龄和季节分布趋势,但是由于时间和地域的局限,仅作为探索性分析,未来尚需大样本的前瞻性研究发现季节、年龄与该病发病和死亡的相关关系。 Objective:To explore general information and the relationship between high incidence of death and Chinese 24 solar terms for patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage in the real world,in order to provide reference for future research. Methods:Data on hospitalized patients diagnosed with subarachnoid hemorrhage were collected from 20 tertiary hospitals in China's Mainland,including patients' general information,hospitalization and death time information. Descriptive statistical methods and plotted radar chart were used to explore the distribution of between deaths and solar terms. Results:4085 cases of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage were analyzed. However,259 patients missed gender information and 273 patients missed age information. The main age distribution emerges from 45 to 64 years including 1881 patients. The number of female patients and male patients is 1919 and 1907 respectively. There were 3179 patients analyzed during the beginning of spring(1 st solar term)in 2008 to great cold(24 th solar term)in 2010. The radar chart showed patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage in three solar terms such as slight heat,winter begins and hoar-frost falls were the most. There were 106 death cases in total. The radar chart showsed patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage died in most in three solar terms such as the limit of heat,cold dews and summer begins. Conclusion:It should be an interesting study on exploring the distribution of Chinese 24 solar terms in the pathogenesis and death of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage. However,further studies with prospective observational design could be sued to explore the relationship on this issue.
