基于Cobb角测量法分析五禽戏调节脊柱曲度及柔韧性研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:通过检测健身气功·五禽戏干预前后,脊柱在直立位、最大前屈位、最大后伸位、最大左侧屈位、最大右侧屈位下的骶骨倾角(Sac/Hip J.)、全胸椎角度和(Thoracic spine)、全腰椎角度和(Lumbar spine)、倾斜角(Incl.)的变化,分析五禽戏对脊柱胸腰段曲度及柔韧性调节效应。方法:选择27例被试者,对其进行五禽戏训练,比较并分析干预前后Sac/Hip J.、Thoracic spine、Lumbar spine、Incl.曲度、活动度变化。结果:与干预前相比,在冠状面直立位下,Thoracic spine、Lumbar spine绝对值呈显著差异(P〈0.05),Thoracic spine右侧屈活动度呈显著差异(P〈0.05),Lumbar spine冠状面总体活动度、右侧屈活动度、侧屈活动度差值绝对值均呈显著差异(P〈0.05),Incl.左侧屈活动度呈显著差异(P〈0.05);在矢状面上,Lumbar spine总体活动度、前屈活动度呈显著差异(P〈0.05),Incl.后伸活动度呈显著差异(P〈0.05)。结论:五禽戏可以缓解胸腰侧弯程度,使其向0°趋近,调节左右侧弯活动度平衡,增加脊柱前屈、侧屈活动能力,进而改善脊柱柔韧性。 Objective:To analysis spine curvature and flexibility effect of health Qigong and five-animal exercises,by investigating changes of spine in upright position,maximum flexion,maximum posterior extension,maximum left and right lateral flexion of Sac/Hip J.,thoracic spine and lumbar spine and Incl. before and after the five-animal exercises intervention. Methods:Twenty-seven cases were enrolled in this study,the training of five-animal exercises was applied to the subjects. Compared and analyzed the curvature and flexibility of Sac/Hip J.,thoracic spine and lumbar spine and Incl. before and after five-animal exercises intervention. Results:Compared with before intervention,the absolute curvature of thoracic spine and lumbar spine had significant difference in the coronal plane upright position(P〈0.05). Thoracic spine had a significant difference in right lateral flexion(P〈0.05),lumbar spine showed a significant difference in the coronal surface activity,right lateral flexion and absolute value of the lateral flexion difference(P〈0.05),Incl. had a significant difference in left lateral flexion(P〈0.05). Lumbar spine showed a significant difference in sagittal activity and flexion activity(P〈0.05),Incl. had a significant difference in posterior extension activity(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Five-animal exercises can ease the degree of chest and lateral scoliosis,so that spine approach to 0°,adjust the balance of left and right side of the balance and increase spinal flexion,lateral flexion activity,thereby improving the flexibility of the spine.
