摘要
目的:观察龟鹿二仙汤治疗绝经后骨质疏松症患者的临床疗效及作用机制。方法:选择绝经后骨质疏松症患者60例,所有患者均以碳酸钙D3(600 mg/d)作为基础药,将其分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组应用龟鹿二仙汤;对照组应用阿仑膦酸钠,每组各30例,评价治疗前后疼痛和骨密度、性激素的变化。结果:龟鹿二仙汤组腰椎、股骨颈的骨密度明显增加,疼痛明显减轻,龟鹿二仙汤组在疼痛控制、骨密度的增加方面明显优于阿仑膦酸钠组,在性激素检测中发现龟鹿二仙汤组的雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(TESTO)较治疗前有明显提高,与治疗前比较有明显差异,具有统计学意义。阿仑磷酸钠组雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(TESTO)相对治疗前无明显差异,无统计学意义。结论:龟鹿二仙汤能够提高绝经后骨质疏松症的腰椎、股骨颈的骨密度,能缓解其疼痛,其作用机制考虑与雌二醇、睾酮的提升有关。龟鹿二仙汤治疗绝经后骨质疏松安全、有效。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and the mechanism of Guilu Erxian Decoction in patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods:60 cases of postmenopausal osteoporosis patients were randomly and equally divided into two groups,the treatment group and the observation group,with the Guilu Erxian Decoction as the former one and the alendronate as the latter one,besides,all patients were treated with Caltrate D3(600 mg/d)as basic treatment. Then evaluated the changes of pain,bone mineral density and sex hormone before and after the treatment in each group. Results:The bone mineral density of lumbar and femoral neck in patients with Guilu Erxian Decoction increased significantly,and the pain was significantly alleviated. The increase of bone mineral density and the reduction of pain of Guilu ErxianDecoction group was much superior to the alendronate group. Compared with pre-treatment,the level of Estradiol(E2)and Testosterone(TESTO)in the Guilu Erxian Decoction group improved obviously,with statistical significance,while the alendronate group did not. Conclusion:Guilu Erxian Decoction can improve the bone mineral density of lumbar and femoral neck and reduce the pain by increasing Estradiol and Testosterone maybe. Guilu Erxian Decoction in treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis is safe and effective.
