构树作为新兴的蛋白饲料原料的研究

Research on paper mulberry as a new type of protein feedstuff

随着我国蛋白饲料原料进口量不断提高,蛋白饲料原料创新成为打破现有局面、保障畜牧业健康发展的重要挑战。构树是我国的乡土树种,具有营养丰富、蛋白质生物学价值高、饲喂效果好等特点。截止2017年,全国构树种植面积已经超过30万亩。作为一种新兴的蛋白饲料原料,在我国缓解蛋白饲料原料危机方面具有巨大潜力。文章从营养成分含量、消化吸收特征、禽畜饲养效果三个方面综述构树在饲料方面的研究进展,旨在介绍构树作为蛋白饲料原料的优势及现阶段限制其发展的主要问题。

With the yearly increase in imported protein feedstuff, the innovation of new protein feed- stuff become to a challenge for breaking the existing situation and guaranteeing healthy development of animal industry. Paper mulberry as one of native plant species has abundant nutrition, high biological value of protein and good feeding effect. The planting area of paper mulberry has exceeded 30 thou- sand mu in 2017. As an new protein feedstuff, paper mulberry has a great potential in alleviation of the feeding crisis. Here, we review available evidence the field of feed industry from nutrient content, diges regarding characterization of paper mulberry in tion and absorption characteristics, feeding ef- fects, present the advantages and limitations of paper mulberry for animals breeding.
