摘要
试验旨在研究不同剂量酵母锗对小鼠的毒理毒性,以确定在日粮中的最适添加剂量。试验将40只小鼠随机分为4个组,雌雄各半,每组10只,分别为对照组,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组,试验组每天酵母锗的摄入量分别为40、60 mg/(kg·d)和90 mg/(kg·d),连续饲喂40 d,每天记录每组小鼠的死亡状况及中毒体征。结果表明:摄入低剂量的酵母锗,能够显著提高母鼠的生长性能;中低剂量的酵母锗能够提高公鼠的生长性能(P<0.05);酵母锗剂量过高会对小鼠的健康造成不利影响,可能造成小鼠毛色暗淡无光及活动怠动。推荐酵母锗的最高安全摄入剂量为40 mg/(kg·d),可提高小鼠生长性能和健康状况。
To study the toxicity of different dosage of yeast germanium on mice, to determine the opti-mum dosage in daily food. 40 mice were random- ly divided into 4 groups, male and female half, 10 in each group and control group respective- ly, and the experiment I,II,IIImgroup, experi- mental group yeast germanium daily intake 40,60 mg/(kg·d) or 90 mg/(kg· d), respectively, continuous feeding 40 d, daily record death and poisoning symptoms of mice in each group. The results showed that low doses of germanium could significantly improve the growth performance of female rats. The low-dose yeast germanium can improve the growth performance of male rats (P〈0.05). A high dose of yeast germanium can have adverse effects on the health of mice, which may cause the mice to be dull and active. The maximum safe dose of yeast ger- manium is 40 mg/(kg·d), which can improve the growth performance and health of mice.
