共轭:区域经济增长要素关系分析的全新视角——读《高等教育与人才集聚两种投入对区域经济增长的共轭驱动研究》

Conjugation: A New Perspective on the Relationship Analysis of Regional Economic Growth Factors——Reading The Conjugation of Higher Education and Talent Gathering Investment and the Regional Economic Growth

经济社会的发展离不开各类人才的供给,人才培养又离不开高等教育投入。由于人才的流动性,区域高等教育投入可能难以确保其获得对应的回报,此时人才集聚投入成为影响区域经济发展的、与高等教育投入同样重要的投入之一。专著《高等教育与人才集聚两种投入对区域经济增长的共轭驱动研究——以江苏、浙江两省为例》引入"共轭"视角并进行共轭理论的初步构建。在此基础上,讨论了高等教育与人才集聚两种投入对区域经济增长的共轭驱动机理,建立了相关共轭模型,通过对江苏、浙江两省相关数据的实证研究,得出相关结论并为区域高等教育投入与人才集聚投入提出政策建议。专著运用的研究视角、研究方法和得出的结论具有较高的创新性。

The development of economy and society cannot be separated from the supply of various talents. Talent training is inseparable from a high education input. As a result of the talent liquidity, regional higher education investment may be difficult to ensure its corresponding returns. So talent gathering will affect the development of the regional economy, and is equally important as the investment in higher education. In The Conjugation of Higher Education and Talent Gathering Investment and the Regional Economic Growth： A Case Study of Jiangsu and Zhejiang Provinces, the author introduces the concept of conjugation, analyzes mechanism by which the conjugation of higher education and talent gathering investment promotes regional economy, and establishes the relevant conjugate model. Some policy suggestions come up from the empirical study of the related data of Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces. The research perspective, methods and conclusions have a certain innovative significance.
