岭南近代名医论治温病的学术特色

Academic characteristics of modern medical doctors in Lingnan on treating warm disease

岭南独特的气候、地理环境以及人群体质的禀赋,使得岭南温病无论是在发病的病因病机、诊治规律以及遣方用药等方面都具有与其他地区不同的特点。尤其岭南近代名医结合岭南地区气候特点,对产生于江浙地区的温病学说加以阐扬发挥,使之具有岭南本土的学术特色。这些特色的见解是中医学"整体观"和"三因制宜"思想的具体体现。梳理近代岭南温病学术的特色,研究内在的原因,一是体现着岭南本地地域医学特色的发掘;二是体现着对中医学的发展。对于岭南医学和温病学术的研究均具有重要启示。

Lingnan has the unique climate, geographical environment and population constitution, therefore it leads to different characteristics in the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of TCM between Ling Nan and other regions. Combined with the climate characteristics of Lingnan area, the modern famous TCM doctors in Lingnan give full play to the theory of warm disease which produced in Jiangsu and Zhejiang areas, so as to make them have the local academic characteristics of Lingnan. These characteristic views are the concrete embodiment of traditional Chinese medicine of ‘holism＇ and ‘treatment in theory of three types of disease causes＇ thought. Analyzing the academic characteristics of modern warm disease in Lingnan, and studying the internal reasons, firstly, it reflects the discovery of medical characteristics in Lingnan local area; secondly, it embodies the development of TCM. It has important implications for the study of TCM and warm disease in Lingnan.
