辛润通络法是清代著名医家叶天士创立的一种络病治疗方法。文章认为辛润通络法的提出源于《黄帝内经》,并受张仲景辨治"肝着"及刘河间"玄府气液说"之启发,其作用机制包括行津通络、化瘀通络及通补络脉,适用于邪滞于络、阴血亏虚之络病。文章通过归纳《临证指南医案》中辛润通络法的药物使用规律,以期更好认识和运用辛润通络法。

Xinrun Tongluo method was a therapy for collateral disease founded by YE Tian-shi in Qing dynasty. According to the article, this therapy originates from Huangdi Neijing. It was inspired by ZHANG Zhong-jing＇s differentiation and treatment of ‘ganzhuo＇ and LIU He-jian＇s ‘xuanfu qi and liquid theory＇. Its mechanism included promoting body fluid and removing blood stasis to dredge collateral as well as a combination of dredging and tonifying method. It was appropriate for collateral disease with stagnation and deficiency in yin and blood. The article also concluded its regularities so as to make us better understand and apply this method.
