论《伤寒论》下法中角药的运用

Application of triangular drugs in purgative method of Shanghan Lun

"角药"是在中医药理论指导下,以辨证论治为前提,具有相互作用的3味药物的有机组合,或独立成方,或作为方剂的主药或辅药,其核心是"三足鼎立,互为犄角"。《伤寒论》素以药方精炼,配伍巧妙,为后世所推崇。《伤寒论》中下法的运用已初具规模,辨析精微,治法多样。张仲景所使用的下法己经不是单纯由泻下药物构成的下法,而是由多种药物构成的多种治法的配伍运用。张仲景下法治法的配伍和下法角药的运用与"据证立法,据法用药"的内核相应。今从治法配伍的角度探讨《伤寒论》角药在下法中的运用。

The triangular drugs are used as a integrated Formula or single drugs in a prescription, in which the core is a situation of tripartite confrontation and mutual assistance. Shanghan Lun is worshiped by it＇s simplified prescription and clever compatibility. The application of purgation in Shanghan Lun has already formed, with various treatments based on accurate syndrome differentiation. The purgative method applied by ZHANG Zhong-jing was not simply composed of drugs for purgation, but multiple drugs using a variety of treatments. Compatibility and application of triangular drugs in purgative method used by ZHANG Zhong-jing are consistent with the core of ‘establishing the treatments according to the symptoms and using the medicines depending on the treatments＇. Therefore, we will discuss the application of triangular drugs in purgative method of Shanghan Lun from the compatibility of therapy.
