摘要
目的:获得不同年龄及不同季节的正常男性阳虚体质的红外热图特征。方法:在课题参与的医院中体检科或治未病中心、门诊部等筛选出阳虚体质的正常男性人群556名,获取其红外热图,并获得脏腑区域、经络、腧穴等热差值数据;分析总结正常男性阳虚体质的红外热图特点。结果:阳虚体质男性皆有:△T最高值为神阙穴,任脉△T<督脉△T,三焦△T中焦最低。左胸△T<右胸△T。青年男性:上焦△T春季最低;中焦△T冬季最低;下焦△T秋季最低。左胸△T<右胸△T,冬季差值最大。脾俞穴△T冬季最高;心俞穴△T冬季最高;肾俞穴△T秋季最低;督脉△T夏季最低。中年男性:上焦△T夏季最低;中焦△T秋季最低;下焦△T秋季最低。左胸△T<右胸△T,春季差值最大。脾俞穴△T秋季最低;心俞穴△T春季最低;肾俞穴△T冬季最高;督脉△T秋季最低。老年男性:上焦△T冬季最低;中焦△T秋季最低;下焦△T春季最低;左胸△T<右胸△T,春季差值最大。脾俞穴△T秋季最低;心俞穴△T春季最低;肾俞穴△T冬季最高;督脉△T秋季最低。结论:不同年龄及不同季节正常男性阳虚体质的红外热图各有特点,也基本符合中医学理论。通过红外热成像技术对阳虚体质进行客观的判定分析,具有较高的临床参考意义。
Objective: To obtain the characteristics of the infrared chart of the normal male yang deficiency constitution in different ages and seasons. Methods: The normal male yang deficiency constitution crowd without disease were screened at traditional Chinese medicine hospital examination department, preventive treatment of disease center or out-patient; and the infrared chart, the differential data of zang-fu viscera, channel, point were obtained to analyze and summarize the characteristics of the infrared chart of the normal male yang deficiency constitution. Results: For all the yang deficiency constitution male: The highest △T was Shenque(CV8), conception channel △Tgovernor channel △T, and the lowest △T was middle jiao among the Sanjiao, left thorax △Tright thorax △T. Young male: Shangjiao △T was the lowest in spring; Zhongjiao △T was the lowest in winter; Xiajiao △T was the lowest in autumn. Left thorax △Tright thorax △T, and their differential data were the biggest in winter. Pishu(BL20) and Xinshu(BL16) △T were the highest in winter; Shenshu(BL24) △T was the lowest in autumn; governor channel △T was the lowest in summer. Middle aged male: Shangjiao △T was the lowest in summer; Zhongjiao △T was the lowest in autumn; Xiajiao △T was the lowest in autumn; Left thorax △Tright thorax △T and the differential data were maximal in spring. Pishu(BL20) △T was the lowest in autumn; Xinshu(BL16) △T was the lowest in spring; Shenshu(BL24) △T was the highest in winter; Governor channel △T was the lowest in autumn. Old male: Shang jiao △T was the lowest in winter; Zhongjiao △T was the lowest in autumn; Xiajiao △T was the lowest in spring; Left thorax △Tright thorax △T, and the differential data were maximal in spring. Pishu(BL20) △T was the lowest in autumn; Xinshu(BL16) △T was the lowest in spring; Shenshu(BL24) △T was the highest in winter; Governor channel △T was the lowest in autumn. Conclusion: The characteristics of the infrared chart of the normal male yang deficiency constitution are different in different ages and seasons, which mostly conforms to TCM theory. Therefore, it possesses high clinical reference value through infrared thermography for the objective judgment and analysis on yang deficiency constitution.
