摘要
目的:观察支气管哮喘(BA)模型大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中炎性因子的表达,及温通方对模型的干预作用。方法:40只大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、地塞米松组、温通方组,共4组,每组10只。使用卵蛋白与氢氧化铝混合液致敏大鼠后再行卵蛋白激发的方法,复制出支气管哮喘模型,各组均给予相应药物灌胃,连续14d。观察大鼠一般状态,并检测趋化因子5(CCL5)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)在BALF的含量。结果:模型组大鼠BALF中CCL5含量明显升高,IL-10含量明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经给药治疗后,温通方可明显降低BALF中CCL5含量,并升高IL-10含量,效果与地塞米松组相当。结论:温通方能够明显降低灌洗液中CCL5含量、升高IL-10含量,以减低哮喘大鼠炎性反应,缓解症状,从而达到治疗BA的作用。
Objective: To observe the expression of inflammatory factors in rats' BALF with bronchial asthma and the intervention of Wentong Prescription(WTP). Methods: Forty rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, normal control group, model group, WTP group and dexamethasone group, 10 rats in each group. BA rats model was established by injecting ovalbumin(OVA)+ aluminum hydroxide mixture after sensitization in rats by OVA. Each group was given corresponding drugs for 14 days. The general state of the rats and the contents of CCL5, IL-10 in BALF were observed. Results: The content of CCL5 in the BALF of the model group was significantly increased, while IL-10 was significantly decreased(P〈0.05). After treatment, the content of CCL5 in the BALF was decreased while IL-10 was increased. WTP group had the similar effects with dexamethasone group. Conclusion: The group of WTP could relieve symptoms by regulating the content of CCL5, IL-10 in the BALF, so as to achieve the role of treatment of BA.
