魏子孝活用经方治疗内科杂病验案举隅

Clinical proved cases of WEI Zi-xiao using classical prescription in treating miscellaneous diseases

《伤寒杂病论》用药精当,组方巧妙,魏子孝教授从医四十载,深入研习经典,提倡古方新用,善用经方治病,认为临证时需注意古人禀赋体质、饮食起居、社会生活环境以及对疾病的认识皆与今时之人不同,须谨遵病机,辨证用药,灵活变通,临床常获良效。文章分析整理魏子孝教授活用经方治疗内科杂病医案四则。

In the Shanghan Zabing Lun, the drug is appropriate and prescription is composed skillfully. Professor WEI Zi-xiao engages in traditional Chinese medicine for more than forty years, and has rich clinical experience. He studies the classical medical masterpiece thoroughly and advocates the new use of classical prescription. Professor WEI Zi-xiao is expert in using classical prescription. He considers that when facing the people, the differences of individuals＇ constitution, living habits, social life environment and the understanding of disease between the present and the past should be concerned. The only way to improve the clinical curative effect is by following the pathogenesis, treating based on syndrome differentiation and being flexible. This paper analyzes four clinical proved cases of professor WEI Zi-xiao using classical prescription to treat internal miscellaneous diseases.
